Search & Selection

Besides conducting Search, Nordic Headhunting also works with Selection (advertising) for Board Members, Directors, Managers and Specialists with a focus on the Danish and Nordic markets.

The Search mostly takes place openly in the market, where our experienced headhunters contact the candidates directly and inform about the company's name and position. In some cases, this search takes place anonymously, where the headhunter does not inform potential candidates of the company name before signing a confidentiality statement at a meeting. This is typically done in cases where the company wants to replace an existing employee or does not want the outside world to know about the recruitment.

From time to time, our customers, besides the search process, also want to advertise the positions to the public in parallel with the headhunter working in the market. In these cases, we also handle the candidates that respond to the advertisements. For a number of customers, we have direct access to their HR systems, where we handle incoming applications on an equal footing with the candidates who join the process via headhunting activities.

Since the start in 2009, Nordic Headhunting's core values ​​have been quality in the process and being ambitious on behalf of customers, by finding candidates who can create development and results - we call them High Performers.

On this background, Nordic Headhunting has grown considerably, and we have among other things received the Børsen Gazelle Award for three consecutive years. The growth is partly generated by the introduction of new customers and partly through our long-term relationships with existing customers who use us to an even greater extent.

We respect the fact that we are no better than our latest recruitment, and therefore it is always our ambition to create such high quality in the process from start to finish. And to ensure high quality, we always follow up on the employment two and five months after the end of the process.
