Manufacturing Capabilities in Helsingør

Established in 1965, Trelleborg Sealing Solutions in Helsingør is a full-service manufacturing facility specialized in the production of Seals in PTFE, PU, PEEK and other advanced plastic materials.

Our products can be found across every major market segment, including industrial, wind power, automotive and aerospace. We offer a wide range of standard catalog products. In addition, custom solutions can be tailored to satisfy special customer needs.

THE POSITIONS

There are 3 vacant positions where you will be involved in some of the following areas – according to the position and your background as well as your personal interest:

  • Daily support and problem solving in the operation, incl. process and quality challenges
  • Optimizations on existing production setup (both equipment and workflows)
  • Conduct and evaluate on product and production tests
  • Requirement’s specification, design and construction of special solutions for production
  • Purchase and implementation of new production equipment, typically custom designed equipment and other additional equipment
  • Conduct and evaluate on product and production tests
  • Purchase and implementation of new production equipment, typically CNC lathes, Cobots and other additional equipment
  • Support for the organization on automation issues – troubleshooting, find and implementing sustainable solutions on PLC-, robot- and servo programs, HMI-solutions, data collection, etc.
  • Develop production IT-solutions in corporation with the organization – setting direction, design and implementing based on industrial standards, e.g. ISA 95, incl. standardizing the way we do and document our work with PLC’s, HMI’s, data collection, recipe control systems etc.
  • Drive the development of automation and digitalization solutions in projects for production equipment and -processes.
     

You will be based in Helsingør, Denmark but are given some flexibility to also work from home when necessary to a limited extend.

THE CANDIDATES

You can tick some of the following areas:

  • Mechanical construction, both development of smaller solutions and adaptation of existing
  • Experienced with CAD systems
  • Preferably familiar with PLC programming and automation solutions
  • Knowledge of production on CNC machines (+80 CNC lathes installed)
  • Automation with robots (has 50+ Cobots) and robotic programming
  • Knowledge of and interest in production IT and digital manufacturing, e.g. recipe control systems, data collection, database configuration etc.
  • Knowledge of LEAN and SIX-sigma principles
  • Project oriented form of work
  • Relevant educational background on a B.Sc. or M.Sc. level.
